  2. To ensure that the export product certification process provides the pertinent guarantees to international markets.

  4. To steadily increase client satisfaction.
  5. To maintain and improve the skills required by workers and authorities.
  6. To ensure workplace conditions conducive to improving the performance and motivation of personnel.
